Well the other day I finally decided to replace my iPhone for which I've had over a year and a half. With the economy doing so horrible, and everything starting to get expensive, I decided I'd save a little bit of money, and get a phone that's a little less expensive. Even though I loved my iPhone to death, I was open to change and decided to try out the LG Incite.

Let me first tell you that this phone is only $100 dollars with an upgrade or a new 2 year agreement with AT&T. At a distance the phone doesn't look too bad.

It has Windows Mobile 6.1 and is very customizable.

As I started using it, I really started to realize the flaws in it.

1. First of all, the biggest flaw is the 128MB of RAM. It makes the phone run so extremely slow sometimes that you get really frustrated with it. Whenever you close an application in Windows Mobile, it doesn't actually close the application fully. It saves the application in the memory, so that you can bring up quicker next time. The only way to actually close the application would be to go to the Task Manager (like pressing Ctrl-Alt-Delete in regular Windows) and close it. You start running out of memory, and things start getting slower.

2. This might have something to do with the RAM, but the accelerometer on the phone is extremely slow. If you want to flip the phone to the side in order to use the on screen keyboard, it could take up to 10 seconds in order for it to change over. This gets really annoying, and really makes you not want to have the phone.

3. The phone has an internal GPS but AT&T charges you $9.99 a month in order to use their map service? I really don't get why they need to do that, especially when you're already paying $30 dollars a month for a data plan, but I guess they always want more money. This can be bypassed by downloading another map service.

4. No real keyboard. Unlike the iPhone, this touch screen keyboard is a lot harder to type with. Its not as smooth, and there is no way that you can type as fast. The stylus also is separate from the phone and attaches to it. This gets kind of annoying when you're on the phone and the stylus is hanging from it.

Those are my biggest flaws with this phone, and I was really glad that AT&T has a 30 day return policy. I ended up switching it with an HTC Fuze, and am so much happier.
